The XIAM Information Router is a mobile data solution that enables mobile users to interact with the information held within corporate networks through any mobile GSM device. Remote users can access and respond to emails, interact with company databases, download information from company websites and avert an IT system’s failure, all through a mobile phone using text messaging.
Vodafone Corporate aims to promote the deployment of this mobile data solution to its corporate customers in the UK.
In a statement to the press, Graham Ward, managing director at Vodafone Corporate, commented, Our corporate customers need to have mobile access to their emails, databases and intranets. The XIAM Information Router is an excellent example of how this can be achieved in a simple and easy way.
