Racal Recorders Ltd subsidiary of Racal Electronics Plc today launches into the speech processing systems market with the MS-DOS personal computer-based Callmaster, which comes in six modules that can be used in any combination: the system answers callers on the first ring with a synthesised spoken message and gives callers a range of options, each one reached by pressing the appropriate key as instructed on their touch tone phone hand set.
