Bull SA has been giving further details of the 1,300 lay-offs it plans to make in France this year as part of the 5,000 jobs to go worldwide: 360 will go with the closure of the Joue-les-Tours plant, 200 in headquarters administration, 160 in research, 170 in marketing, and 330 in manufacturing of which 300 will be from Angers; 80 will also go in the Bull Peripheriques OEM peripherals arm but 100 new jobs will be created at the Villeneuve d’Ascq establishment.
