Celcite Management Solutions has launched Centralised Optimisation and Network Management Centre, a new remote management centre based on COPS – a unified platform of multiple applications and proprietary algorithms (AIC – Automatic Intelligent Correlator).

According to Celcite, the new version of COPS has been enhanced with the addition of mobile-based event recordings and geo-coding capabilities. The optimisation tool features AIC, and has improved data processing capabilities that enables automatic daily checks and triggers for a mobile network with several sites.

Celcite said that the new centre allows users to manage, monitor and mitigate  network-related issues from a single window. Its new capabilities include compliance, audits, neighbour optimisation, configuration changes, fault analysis and root cause analysis of network issues.

In addition, the new unified platform also provides suggestions for executable services, performance management view, customer trouble ticket resolution and parameter changes.

Ajay Khanna, VP of engineering at Celcite, said: “Now the addition of the remote management centre allows network managers to monitor data collected remotely from different markets, regions and countries at a central location, and to perform the necessary actions to maintain and optimise network performance.”
