As personal computers increasingly look as alike as peas in a pod – and the few that don’t are usually painfully ugly – how do you differentiate your machine from all the others? The solution dreamed up by Ontario, Canada company Zeno Computer Products Inc is to create the Computer In A Keyboard. According to Microbytes Daily, the system’s case is a standard-looking 101-key board 2 deep in front and 3 deep at the back so that there is room for a 3.5 floppy drive and a 40Mb 3.5 Winchester. It has from 1Mb to 4Mb on the motherboard, built-in VGA connector, and two serial, one parallel and one game ports plus an expansion slot. The company is currently offering an 80286-based model at $1,000 with a colour monitor, but will come out with a 16MHz 80386SX model this month at $1,150.
