WorldGate, a provider of digital voice and video phone services, has unveiled the Ojo Vision digital video phone that supports in voice and video over broadband (VoBB) communications services.
According to WorldGate, the Ojo Vision Digital Video Phone features seven-inch digital colour 16:9 TFT fully backlit and adjustable LCD (800 x 480 high-resolution); CMOS sensor camera with auto focus, auto exposure and high/low light sensitivity; TI DaVinci digital video dual-core chipset with video/audio codec implementation; and real-time adaptive bandwidth with configurable bit rates from 80kbps to 1Mbps
The Ojo Vision digital video phone also features screen saver/digital photo frame; connection to a large screen LCD/TV/projector; NAT transversal technology for zero configuration and plug-and-play installation; multi-language graphical user interface; and future enhancements that include three-way video conferencing capabilities, the company said.
In addition, the video phone supports three-way calling, caller ID, call waiting, call forwarding, auto attendant and speed dial. FXS Telephone Port provides digital integration for existing household phones.
The company said that its platform allows service providers, agents, and customer acquisition companies to offer digital voice and video phone services. Retail, agent, wholesale, white label, and private label programs are also available.
