V2 Technology, has released a Video Enhanced All-Communication-in-One server for small and midsize business (SMB) users. It is a universal connection platform based on a Video-QoS-efficient architecture.

 

According to V2 Technology, the UC server consolidates multiple communication systems and networks such as PBX, switch/router, video conference, and video surveillance into a single integrated system in ONE BOX to support Universal Connection at both communication and application levels seamlessly.

 

The new platform also enables users to connect to PSTN or VoIP voice call, high quality video call and video conference-telepresence with a click and supports up to 100 concurrent voice users and up to 10 concurrent telepresence sessions.

 

In addition, the UC server also integrates data networking with 3.2Gbps switching capacity and supports xDSL, WAN, ethernet, VPN and WiFi. It integrates surveillance systems into telecom infrastructure and sends alert notification from the server upon an intrusion event.

 

V2 UC Server supports up to 20 cameras simultaneously. Users can dial in to monitor surveillance cameras from PCs or mobile phones with video anytime, the company said.
