TSI Software International Ltd is spreading its wings further over the financial services market where arch rival New Era of Networks Inc rules the roost. The enterprise application integration company has assembled a package of programs that it says will enable users to integrate messages written in the banking industry’s Swift format directly into financial applications.
Mercator FS combines TSI’s Mercator data transformation engine with a messaging program and the Gold Ready Swift program developed by Braid, a company recently acquired by TSI. TSI claims the software will work with any SwiftAlliance component, eliminating the need for complex hand coding by providing a single point of control for routing and transformation.
