Toshiba has launched a dual touch-screen Windows mini-notebook PC ‘libretto W100’ along with 13.3-inch wide LCD display laptop dynabook RX3, all-in-one AV PC dynabook Qosmio DX and new internet-dedicated device dynabook AZ.

According to Toshiba, the new libretto W100 features dual 7-inch Wide LCD, Intel Pentium processor U5400 (CULV), 62GB SSD, 2GB memory, WiMAX wireless communication module, bluetooth and 1.02 megapixel webcam. Used as a PC, the libretto displays a haptic keyboard on the lower screen; and it becomes and e-book reader if held vertically.

The light-weight Dynabook RX3 notebook PC integrates an optical disk drive and a standard voltage CPU. It is available in RX3/T9M, RX3/T8M, RX3/T7M, RX3/T6M models that features different HDD (SSD) / memory configurations and Intel Core processors.

Toshiba said that the 21.5-inch Wide LCD display dynabook Qosmio DX incorporates Intel Core i5-450M processor, image processor ‘SpursEngine’, Super Resolution Technology and power management technology. It also embeds 1TB HDD, 4GB memory, one terrestrial digital TV tuner, HDMI/D4 input terminal, Blu-ray disc drive, wireless keyboard, wireless laser mouse, 32/64-bit selectable OS and MS Office Home and Business 2010.

The Clam-shell type network device Dynabook AZ ‘cloudbook’ features Nvidia Tegra250 processor, a 10.1-inch wide LCD with LED backlighting on the Android 2.1 platform. It comes with 16GB Flash memory (supporting eMMC), 512MB memory, HDMI output terminal, bluetooth, and 1.3 megapixel webcam.

The dynabook RX3 is expected to be launched on June 25, 2010, the dynabook Qosmio DX in mid-July, while the libretto W100 and Dynabook AZ are expected to be available at the end of August 2010.
