The final closing of the deal is still subject to regulatory approval by the Hungarian authorities. The expected proceeds, after the regulatory approval, from Sonera’s 23 % share in Pannon will be the earlier announced MEUR 310.
The Parties Of Pannon Sale Have Signed The Sales And Purchase Agreement
Sonera Corporation has signed together with the two other sellers (KPN, TDC) the sales and purchase agreement on selling their stakes in the Hungarian GSM operator Pannon GSM to Telenor Mobile Communications.
