Sun Microsystems Inc is bragging that International Data Corp’s latest number shows that 66% of the RISC market now belongs to the Sparc, with 17% going to MIPS Computer Systems Inc, (down from 21%), 8% to IBM, 7% to Intergraph Inc with the Clipper, and a poorly 2% to Motorola Inc’s latecoming 88000.
