The new alert system, or Red Flag feature, automatically identifies and posts critical information that will impact overall loss costs. Criteria may be customized to meet particular risk management needs.
St. Paul Travelers has also unveiled a new online customer scorecard, which according to the company delivers streamlined, client-specific graphs to identify trends that drive loss costs.
