The contract will extend for three years, with service scheduled to begin August 30, 2001.
Sprint will handle approximately 9,000 relay calls per month, providing dependable and reliable high-capacity service. A Sprint account manager will reside in Puerto Rico and provide education and outreach programs concerning relay service.

We are excited about the new services and capabilities Sprint will offer. Six new toll-free relay numbers will be instituted to enable access to various Relay Services.
