Six3 Systems, a provider of strategic and differentiated offerings and services to the US national security and defense intelligence communities, has acquired Novii Design, a provider of data fusion systems, cyber offerings and enterprise architectures to the intelligence community.
The company said that this acquisition will give access to Novii’s enterprise software development capabilities, which will enhance its offerings and serve as a key component in achieving its objective of building a national security services provider.
Six3 Systems will also gain access to Novii’s 70 technical, trained and cleared employees, who design, build and support software applications and systems.
Six3 Systems CEO Robert Coleman said that the company believes that Novii’s ability to combine open source engineering with some of the most advanced commercial application and infrastructure offerings available today positions them well for the next evolution of Intelligence Community systems development, systems engineering and analysis.
"Combining Novii’s capabilities with our existing core competencies in identity intelligence, counterintelligence and ISR will create a highly strategic asset in the US national security and defense intelligence communities," Coleman said.
