Samsung has reportedly made plans to unveil the new Galaxy and ATIV-branded Windows powered devices at the upcoming ‘Samsung Premiere 2013,’ to be held on June 20, 2013, at the Earls Court Exhibition Centre in London.
At the launch event, the South Korean firm is expected to introduce Samsung Galaxy Zoom, a Galaxy Camera follow-up, a new 10-inch tablet, the Galaxy S4 Mini and the Galaxy S4 Active.
In addition, a new ATIV-branded smartphone, as well as a Windows-based tablet or detachable touchscreen laptop, are likely to be introduced along with Samsung devices.
About two months ago, Samsung launched its Galaxy S4 and claimed record sales of about 10 million units since its launch on April 27, 2013, in global markets.
The Galaxy S4, which rivals Apple’s iPhone, is being sold in 60 countries, while the company is planning to expand sales to about 327 carriers in 155 countries by June 2013.
Samsung’s event will be held following Apple’s annual Worldwide Developers’ Conference on June 10, 2013, taking place shortly before Microsoft’s annual BUILD conference 26 June 2013, both to be held in San Francisco.
