ManTech has received a $23m contract to support the Department of Defense (DoD), Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), manpower, personnel and security (MPS), security division.

DISA provides command and control capabilities and enterprise infrastructure to operate and assure net-centric enterprise in direct support to joint warfighters, national-level leaders and other mission and coalition partners across the full spectrum of operations.

Under the terms of the contract, ManTech will support start-up of new DISA facilities at Fort Meade, Maryland, which are moving from Arlington, Virginia, as a result of Base Closure and Realignment (BRAC) process.

The company said that it will also support the DISA’s security operations by providing integrated security services.

The contract has an initial one-year base period with four one-year renewal options.
