Liaison Technologies, a provider of integration and data management services, has acquired integration offerings provider Softshar, to strengthen its premier global offerings.
Based in Santa Barbara, CA, Softshare provides both software and SaaS-based integration offerings.
Liaison said that this acquisition gives: an expanded international footprint; an established reseller network of channel partners who possess domain expertise in selling and supporting integration offerings; and software that provides a turnkey access point to its existing cloud-based platform and private cloud offerings.
Liaison Technologies chief executive officer Bob Renner said that this move furthers the company’s strategy of acquiring well positioned and well run companies with high-value technologies that enhance Liaison’s own integration and data management offerings.
"Liaison now adds a company with over 20 years of successfully developing innovative integration business offerings. The combined company will provide customers and partners with an even broader set of value-driven cloud-based EAI and B2B capabilities," Renner said.
