IPR International, a private data protection and cloud service provider, has selected Nimsoft Unified Manager to provide unified management of client infrastructure and services.
The Unified Manager is an easy-to-deploy/easy-to-operate, multi-tenant IT Management-as-a-Service offering that combines infrastructure monitoring and ready-to-use ITIL-based service management.
Through Unified Management portal, IPR expects to add value to its offerings by optimising service levels and providing its clients visibility into their cloud infrastructure and services.
In addition, IPR will replace existing point offerings with Nimsoft Unified Manager, enabling the reduction of costs associated with providing the management and maintenance of multiple tools, said the company.
IPR client service delivery director Dan Dayanim said Nimsoft Unified Manager is a comprehensive management offering that gives them an extensive view of their clients’ infrastructures so they can more quickly and efficiently resolve potential problems before they affect service to their clients.
Nimsoft CEO Chris O’Malley said Unified Manager is designed to meet the needs of service providers like IPR that want to deliver highly reliable, highly economical cloud offerings to clients.
