Apple and Samsung have submitted their final list of infringed patents for their next trial, with both accusing the other of breaching their patented technologies.
Apple said that Samsung’s products including the Admire, Galaxy Nexus, Galaxy Note, Galaxy Note II, and Galaxy S3 devices infringe on its patented technologies.
However, Samsung said that Apple’s iPhone and iPad devices had violated its own patents.
The next trial between Samsung and Apple will be held at San Jose federal court starting from 31 March 2014.
Last month, a US court ruled that the South Korean firm infringed on Apple’s auto-complete text technology and also rejected one of the Samsung’s patent claims associated with one of its synchronisation technologies.
Both smartphone makers are involved in several lawsuits across the world alleging each other of breaching some of their products.
