Datanomic, a provider of compliance and data management software, has opened a new subsidiary in US, reflecting global demand for its dn:Director business application for data management, and its dn:Director for Sanctions & PEP Screening solution.
The subsidiary is incorporated in Delaware, with offices in New York City, New York. In addition, the company is also expanding its international partner network, with integrators, resellers and OEM agreements and already has an existing partnership with Initiate Systems in the US.
In 2009, the company saw a 40% increase in its customer implementations, including a global contract with Barclays. In 2010, the company planning to focus on expanding its US operations, extending its reach into Asia Pacific, and recruiting additional resellers and partners throughout Europe.
Dr Jonathan Pell, CEO of Datanomic, said: “Global deployments for customers like Barclays and Vodafone Group demonstrate our international reach, and a US subsidiary is the logical next step in our aggressive expansion plans. dn:Director is already the UK’s de-facto choice for Risk and Compliance Screening.
“Its ability to improve operational performance and efficiency through ensuring the fitness-for-purpose of data underpinning mission critical applications significantly benefits companies looking to rebound out of recession.”
