The system will initially be used by all staff in the after-sales service department at French retail banking (FRB) division that is responsible for back office functions such as payments, account opening or modifying account details. Tibco products being deployed include the iProcess suite, BusinessEvent for operational management, iProcess analytics for analytical management of processes, and ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks for governance, said Tibco.
