BMC Software has released a new set of Middleware Management offerings designed for the monitoring and management of middleware across the contemporary data center.
The new offering enables IT departments to deliver reliable business services through a more in-depth view of enterprise applications and the transaction paths that make them run, said the company.
It added that BMC Software gives organisations the necessary insights into the applications that power their businesses.
BMC said the new offerings offer the ability to: take an in-depth view into application flow paths; manage middleware in public, private or hybrid cloud environments; proactively analyse and identify middleware and application problems before they happen; and support the IBM WebSphere DataPower Integration Appliance.
When a potential problem is found, the cloud-based offering initiates standard problem triage and resolution processes to solve the issue without requiring staff involvement, claimed BMC.
