ShasTech, a distributor and retailer of Apple and Griffin Technologies in Middle East, has signed a bilateral agreement with Sermon Arabia Business Solutions to deploy ERP offering for Riyadh, Jeddah, and Al-Khobar branches, in addition to iCare and iStore showrooms.

The ERP offering, based on Microsoft Dynamics AX, consists of several financial, administrative, and production suits that operate on a uniform data base; and aims to support ShasTech’s growth strategies and support its business network in local markets.

The new offering will provide ShasTech with the infrastructure for communication with clients, facilitating follow-up on financial and managerial issues via a secure e-environment.

ShasTech general manager engineer Mohammed Ali said this ERP offering is important them, and will assist them in linking branches and offices via a local network and the internet. It will allow them to increase quality, and decrease operational costs.

Sermon Arabia Country manager engineer Moayyad Zaidan explained the capabilities of MS ERP offerings in assisting ShasTech to employ their resources in a proper manner.

"The modules deployed for ShasTech are Finance, Supply Chain, Point of Sale, Service Management, Human Resources, and Payroll," Zaidan said.
