The Nethelands based bank, Rabobank has signed an agreement with Logica to provide a ‘Software as a Service’ platform (SaaS) to help its corporate customers meet the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) requirements.
Logica Benelux Financial Services vice president Marcel Sommeling said, "As a trusted partner, we will work with Rabobank to deliver Logica’s SEPA payments hub to its corporate customers."
The SaaS platform will help in converting payment instructions, bank account numbers to the European IBAN/BIC standard.
The IT and management consultancy company will also provides mandate management services to support the implementation of the new European direct debit process and creates a SEPA payment hub to support all incoming and outgoing SEPA transactions
Logica said it is supporting Rabobank’s corporate customers with a timely migration to SEPA without impacting the continuity of their businesses.
