Under this agreement, Protagona Worldwide will build elements of the nQuire platform into Protagona Ensemble, providing enterprise-level marketing automation and intensive analysis to a larger, global customer base.

The partnership adds more power to Protagona Ensemble, the core product family of Protagona Worldwide. The nQuire technology will serve as a platform for front-end discovery and segmentation processes as well as post-campaign results analysis. Product integration efforts are already underway. The relationship also opens up a significant marketing and sales channel for nQuire, a company that is rapidly emerging as a leader in customer intelligence tools. Product distribution is planned for all of Protagona’s sales force in Europe, North America, and pan-Asia. Joint opportunities are already being pursued in all of these markets.

Our high-end customer base is not willing to make any compromise when it comes to scalability, performance, and depth of functionality, said Bryan Black, chief executive of Protagona Worldwide. This partnership will allow us to break new ground in the marketing slice of the CRM pie. We have studied this market and identified several areas where we could take a leadership role and nQuire is a perfect match for the requirements of our customers.

We have evaluated many options in both the U.S. and Europe before selecting nQuire as a platform, said Michael Emerson, senior vice president of global marketing for Protagona Worldwide. nQuire’s ability to integrate historical and operational data sources is a capability that will be standard a decade from now. We have a great opportunity to deliver this information to a hungry marketplace. Together with our operational capabilities, we have a value proposition without any real challenge.

The alliance with Protagona Worldwide significantly accelerates and intensifies our access to the global marketplace. nQuire’s products extend the power and value of information to Protagona’s prestigious and discerning customer base in the European, North American and pan-Asian markets, said Lawrence A. Barbetta, president and CEO of nQuire Software. This partnership is a further validation that industry leaders are unwilling to settle for incremental, evolutionary responses to today’s complex information challenges.
