NTT DOCOMO will launch 20 new handsets on or after May 21, including 17 models in the four main series of FOMA 3G handsets – docomo STYLE series, docomo PRIME series, docomo SMART series and docomo PRO series – along with three docomo Smartphone models.

The new model docomo STYLE series will be offered in a variety of designs and colors and comes in F-07B, F-08B, L-04B, N-05B, N-06B, P-05B, P-06B, P-O7B, SH-08B, and SH-02B marimekko models. All the models are scheduled for launch between May 2010 and July 2010.

The STYLE series features two-way portrait screen, candybar body, five color, and an 2000 animated pictograms preinstalle, twinkling illumination, user-friendly phone, compact, and waterproof phone with touchscreen.

The company said that the docomo PRIME series, which is suitable for viewing video, games and other entertainment with multimedia and comes in F-06B, N-04B, P-04B, and SH-07B models, is scheduled for release between May 2010 and June 2010.

The docomo SMART series, which comes in two models including N-07B and SH-09B, is scheduled for release between June 2010 and July 2010.

The docomo PRO series, N-08B is the advanced high-spec mobile phone that comes with QWERTY keyboard, large 4.6-inch screen, long-life battery and Wi-Fi access-point capability, and is scheduled for release in August 2010.

The docomo Smartphone series comes in three different models, which include LYNX SH-10B, dynapocket T-01B, and BlackBerry Bold 9700. All the three comes with QWERTY keyboard and are scheduled to be released between June 2010 and August 2010.

NTT DOCOMO said that LYNX SH-10B features 5-inch touchscreen, and dynapocket T-01B features 4.1-inch touchscreen and slider keyboard with customizable, easy-access user interface, while BlackBerry Bold 9700 includes trackpad for business users.

In addition, updated services and features, including high-definition video recording, Wi-Fi access-point capability, designer-collaborated styling and a new healthcare support service will be introduced by Docomo.
