The ClearPark platform has already gone live for Nordea’s clients in Norway. Expansion into Sweden and potentially other Nordic countries is foreseen at a later date.
The ClearPark solution allows for worldwide authorization of payment or business transactions, to be used via web forms, in batch processing or directly linked to back office systems. In addition to handling regular credit cards, such as Visa and MasterCard, ClearPark also offers an extensive purchasing card solution.
Clear2Pay has delivered the solution in close co-operation with EDB Business Partner, one of the largest processors/service providers operating in Scandinavia and a supplier of operating services to Nordea.
We have opted for an ASP model to get to the market quickly, to stay flexible and be able to react adequately on new market requirements, commented Erik Johansen, vice president at Nordea. The co-operation between Clear2Pay and EDB makes it possible for us to align transaction processing on all card products.
