Personal computer vendor Lenovo is deploying BMC Software’s Remedy IT Service Management Suite (ITSM) to manage IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)-compliant service delivery.

Lenovo has developed a new unified managed services application for its customers that is powered by the BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite.

The PC vendor has implemented the BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite to provide a framework for enjoying enhanced process control and systems stability while improving customer satisfaction.

The BMC Remedy application offers customers the ability to configure an application that would deliver increased service quality.

Lenovo emerging markets business group Service Operation and Support general manager Lv Zaifeng said since the data from different resources could not be integrated, Lenovo faced the challenge of controlling service processes, response times and service quality.
