L M Ericsson Telefon AB’s joint venture with General Electric Co is an early beneficiary of the rebuilding of Kuwait: Ericsson GE Mobile Communications Inc in Lynchburg, Virginia is to supply the equipment for a cellular phone system for the Kuwait Ministry of Telecommunications for use by government agencies.
