Computer services company, Keane Inc, said yesterday that its chief executive officer and founder, John Keane Sr, had named his two sons, Brian Keane and John Keane Jr to succeed him as CEO and president, respectively.
John Keane Sr, 68, has served as chairman and CEO since founding the Boston, Massachusetts-based company in 1965. Brian Keane and John Keane Jr were previously co-presidents responsible for operations and corporate functions. Both were elected to the board of directors last year. As CEO, Brian Keane will be responsible for the company’s North American Branch Operations, its management consulting business, Bricker & Associates, the Healthcare Solutions Division and investor relations. John Keane Jr will head finance, marketing, administration and human resources, and spearhead Keane’s UK operations and strategic practices.
