Computer supplies distributor ISA International Plc, which came to the stock market in October last year (see CI No 784), turned in an impressive set of maiden figures yesterday – pre-tax profit up 87% at UKP1.1m; the Bradford, Yorkshire-based company distributes branded consumables to both resellers and direct to end users, with one third of its business taking place overseas: the company last month announced the acquisition of Computer Supplies Co in a UKP1.3m cash deal, anbd chairman John Parkinson says the move will help expand its end user base, though the full impact will not be seen until next year.
