The move is also expected to open access for loan originators to Information Research’s (IR) affiliate network of over 100 credit reporting agencies.
The MortgageDashboard application aims to create an end-to-end, completely paperless environment that enables loans to be managed from application through to the secondary market. The technology includes application importing or entry, pipeline tracking management, commonly needed calculators and tools, and a vendor performance manager that tracks the services originators need for the loan.
The integration of IR into the vendor list will intend to enable IR customers who use MortgageDashboard to access their credit reporting agency of choice, import IR credit reports from their LOS, or choose to type borrower data into the online 1003.
Informative Research will help us expand the options we provide our customers through VueCentric’s MortgageDashboard, said Jorge Sauri, CEO of VueCentric.
Ken McConnell, Assistant vice president, Project Management, added that the integration is significant for the company, its customers and its credit partners: IR is committed to completing integrations that help our customers and partners create fresh opportunities and improve their workflow.
