The company stated that ICICI Group has successfully implemented SumTotal’s solution as an enterprise application for aligning the e-learning needs of its employees. SumTotal Enterprise Suite has been deployed in the bank’s learning management system called ‘The Learning Matrix’.
In addition to its employees in India, ICICI Bank implemented SumTotal’s solution in Canada, the UK, Singapore and Bahrain.
Amit Sethi, joint general manager of IT at ICICI Bank, said: This implementation has provided ICICI an efficient and cost-effective business learning management solution making training more accessible to our employees.
