Google has rolled out stable version of Google Chrome, Chrome 19 adding live tab sychronisation features across different devices and mobile versions of the internet browser.
Tab synchronisation features let the users to open a website on their home computer and access the same website in workplace without searching for the page again.
Once the users sign-in to Google Chrome for this feature to work, open tabs are synced across all the devices, so users can access them from the other devices menu of the new tab page.
Google blog noted open tabs are not the only ones that are synced when users sign in to Google Chrome, as the feature can also synca their bookmarks, apps, extensions, history, themes and other settings to give a unified browsing experience on Chrome.
The newest version fixes 18 security glitches, of which seven of the vulnerabilities were classified by Google as high-risk flaws.
While Chrome will be updated to the latest Stable version over the next few days, the tab sync feature will be rolled out more gradually over the coming weeks.
The tab synchronisation feature wil also be available on mobile devices running Chrome for Android Beta.
