Nr. 1 Software currently operates as part of Amsterdam-based Blue Fox, which is listed on the Dutch Stock Exchange. The unit manages software-licensing issues for clients including airlines, energy companies and hospitals, and specilaizes in managing software from Microsoft, Adobe, IBM, and Network Associates. Getronics expects the acquisition to close by the end of January 2004.
