According to Reuters, Fujitsu and Siemens are keen to integrate their PC and server operations by year’s end, resulting in the world’s fourth largest PC group.

Reports are speculating that Fujitsu Siemens Computers, a 50-50 joint venture of Fujitsu and Siemens, is to enter the North American, and Asian markets. The joint venture specializes in the sale of desktop and notebook PCs, peripherals, high-end servers, storage devices, and mainframe computers, but currently only operates across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
