Fujitsu will be targeting corporate customers and plans to offer a range of data services that are compatible between PCs and other wireless devices for a flat fee. The company will also offer its services to its ‘Nifty Internet’ members.

It has only been since last year that Japanese telecoms regulator allowed for the leasing of networks and thus paved the way for virtual network operators. Fujitsu is the third firm to rent network capacity from DDI Pocket.
