Fujitsu has updated its FMV Series of consumer-oriented personal computers, with a total of 14 models in 6 product families.
The LIFEBOOK SH family of notebooks are equipped with super-fast solid-state drives for quick processing and can be carried around in one’s bag or briefcase, used anytime and anywhere.
With Quick Start, the computer takes just six seconds to get going after the power button is pressed.
It includes a Conservation Navigator, a unified dashboard for monitoring power-saving settings, making the computer convenient to use.
With WiMAX built in, users can get fast Internet connections even when they are out of office.
Conservation Navigator offers users two ways to approach power conservation on their computers: Easy Conservation and Strict Conservation.
In Easy Conservation, users are guided through their options with recommended settings for screen brightness, screen sleep time, and computer sleep time, which makes it easy for beginners too to set their computers up correctly and Strict Conservation allows users to view and manage power settings at a glance.
The updated FMV Series PC’s LIFEBOOK AH77/G, LIFEBOOK AH56/G (wide-format 15.6" LCD models), and on the desktop computers ESPRIMO DH77/G (wide-format 24" LCD attachment models), ESPRIMO FH77/DG (wide-format 23" LCD models), and ESPRIMO FH56/GD (wide-format 20" LCD models) comes with Intel Core i7 Processor.
The notebooks have undergone clamshell load testing of approximately 200kg and the stick-shaped AC adapter has been redesigned to save 65g for improved mobility.
The updated FMV Series of PCs can chose photos to suit a season or event from among those taken by the user, and automatically put them into a digital photo album. These digital photo albums can be accessed through My Photo Museum "admission tickets" (special screen icons).
With the FH77/GD, Corel Digital Studio for FUJITSU’s face-finder feature allows for automatic detection and identification people in photos. This feature can be used to select multiple people.
In addition, the PC’s also sports a F-Launcher through which users can users can avoid the trouble of searching through the Start menu to find their favorite applications. User can y click an icon in the launcher and also users can add applications or folders to the launcher through a simple drag-and-drop operation.
