Without divulging exact amounts, French information services company Cisi, subsidiary of CEA-Industrie SA, 64%, and Cap Gemini Sogeti SA, 36% says its 1993 accounts should ultimately show an outturn close to breakeven, on turnover equivalent to about $250m. In 1992, the group lost some $12.2m on similar revenues. This year, the company expects to realise revenues of approximately $71.2m from the facilities management group Athesa France, which it created 50-50 with Compagnie Bull SA. The group is still looking for a partner that could take a substantial stake in Cisi’s in order to bring state-owned atomic energy specialist CEA-Industrie’s shareholding down to 30%. Alain Vidart, president of the group, was quoted in La Tribune-Defosses as saying that he is in discussion with between five and eight companies on this.
