Psion Plc’s Milton Keynes-based Psion Dacom Ltd unit has announced a new AT bus adaptor designed to enable users of its Personal Computer Memory Card International Association-based Gold Card modem range to use their modems within AT bus desktop computers: the company believes that, rather than opting for separate modems for desktop and laptop machines, users will want to double up and share modems between the two types of computer. The 8-bit AT half card is to cost UKP50 when bought with a Psion Gold Card modem, or UKP100 when purchased separately.
