Dell’s US customers can now order a Dell notebook that comes with Sprint mobile broadband access for a monthly fee. This means users cannot connect online without having to first find a wireless hotspot.

The feature is available on Dell’s Latitude D420, D620, and D820 models, as well as its XPS M1210 notebook and Precision M65 mobile workstation. The Dell Wireless 5700-S mobile broadband EVDO mini-card costs $179.

Sprint Mobile Broadband service, which is available in about 220 cities, costs $59.99 a month when users sign up for a two-year contract.
