Thomson Reuters is simplifying access to its data feeds and services with the introduction of the Elektron API family.
The API family will provide a single point of access to its Elektron content that will aid developers in creating customised applications.
Access will be given in real time to data from Elektron Real Time and content delivered using the Thomson Reuters Enterprise Platform, which can also use third party content.
By placing the API’s under an open source license, developers will be able to extend it across multiple data sources.
