Crystalate Holdings Plc has sold its AP Besson and Osborne Electronics telephone subassembly manufacturing businesses to Hosiden Electronics Co of Tokyo for UKP5m upfront and up to UKP1m more in total: the company announced that the businesses were on the block last year.
