Creative Technology Ltd – known for soundcards – have chosen Nvidia Corp’s 128 RIVA TNT chipset for their new 16MB 3D Blaster graphics board. The new board will be Creative’s top of the line 2D/3D graphics board offering 32-bit color rendering 2D resolutions as high as 1900×1200 pixels – the company claims. The board will available in PCI and AGP configurations, offering full support for Intel Corp’s newer AGPx2 port. The board is expected to be available in September at $200.
