Ottawa-based Corel Corp has said it is selling a line of multimedia compact discs to private software company Hoffmann & Associates Inc. Financial terms were not disclosed but Corel has said it will acquire a minority interest in Toronto-based Hoffmann and royalties over time. Corel has been trying to get rid of assets which it classed as non-core.
