Control Data Corp affiliate Computer Support Corp of Dallas is suing Software Publishing Corp, Mountain View, California alleging that hundreds of clip-art images contained in Computer Support products were copied without permission: an injunction would halt sales of the current Harvard Graphics program, Harvard Military Symbols and Business Symbols Accessory Paks; the action is a counterclaim against a Software Publishing suit alleging that the software and clip-art are not protected by US copyright laws.
