Compunetix, a provider of digital teleconferencing systems, has introduced software update 3.10.0 for its Presenter Web collaboration tool, that increases performance and adds productivity enhancement features for Collaboration Service Providers (CSP) and end users.
The offering is based on the CONTEX platforms, which provide high voice quality, and features one-click dial out capabilities; connectivity to Microsoft Outlook; and the ability to include a Web conference to user calendar.
The offering enhances server performance, which allows more participants, and can bill multiple host accounts to a single billing code for more efficient processing, the company said.
The new tool comes with customisable features, which enables service providers to configure as per customer requirements, while its software brandability gives CSPs the ability to offer flexible services.
It supports multiple monitors, and has the ability to support up to 256 clients in a single conference or multiple conferences.
The new offering also provides presenters with elements of data collaboration, including remote application and desktop sharing, participant chat, a unified roster, talker indicator, customisable language options, all with minimal setup or configuration.
