Lattice Semiconductor Corp, the Hillsboro, Oregon-based maker of programmable logic devices, has reported third quarter net profits up 21.0% at $13.7m on revenue up 17.7% at $60m; nine-month net profits rose 32.8% to $42.7m on revenue up 25.6% at $185.7m. Net earnings per share rose 16.3% to $0.57 in the quarter, up 27.0% to $1.79 in the nine months.
