CompanionLink Software, a provider of data synchronisation offerings for mobile phones and CRM software and services, has introduced sync support of contacts, calendar, tasks and notes between PC software and the Motorola Atrix 4G.

The offering provides four way sync with the Atrix 4G including: wired USB sync, local Wi-Fi sync, a secure hosted wireless sync service, and automatic wireless sync via Google.

In addition, the Atrix 4G sync for PC database software supports Microsoft Outlook, IBM Lotus Notes, Sage ACT!, Palm Desktop, Novell GroupWise, Salesforce CRM, and Highrise.

CompanionLink also synchronises with Microsoft Outlook add-ins including Franklin Covey PlanPlus for Microsoft Outlook, Getting Things Done, Take Back Your Life, Respond, Avidian Prophet, and Outlook Business Contact Manager.

In addition, the wired USB sync with Motorola Atrix 4G works in conjunction with DejaOffice, a free Android app that runs on the Atrix 4G to sync contacts, calendar, tasks and notes with a PC.

The company said that the local Wi-Fi sync uses user Wi-Fi network to automatically sync data between PC and DejaOffice on the Atrix 4G, and this hands-free sync is automatically triggered whenever user device is near user PC, offering convenient and secure sync.

Further, the sync via Google transfers PC data to any Google account, which then syncs with the Motorola Atrix 4G wirelessly through its data connection.
