Commodore International Ltd shares plunged $3.75 to $14 for a 20% decline on Wednesday after the company warned that it expects to report either a modest profit or a modest loss for its fiscal fourth quarter, where analysts had been looking for between 42 cents and 48 cents a share: Commodore said that sales are expected to be below the $215m reported in the 1988 quarter because of the soaraway dollar – full 75% of sales are made abroad.
